Lease Application

As part of a leasing application, we would expect to see as much of the following information as possible:

* Business Plan or Executive Summary
* Historical Financial Statements
* Interim Financial Statements
* Financial Projections
* Capitalization Exhibit
* Bank and Trade References

Upon receipt of this information, if we are interested in proceeding, we should be able to generate a proposal within a few days. Lease requests under $75,000 can be evaluated in a matter of hours based simply upon a completed lease application.
